Terms of payment and cancellation

When booking, a deposit of 40% of the booking amount is required. If the deposit is not credited to the account within one week of booking, the booking will automatically expire. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the 6-week period, the total booking amount must be paid immediately.

If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 6 weeks. We therefore recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.

Deposit

The owners require a deposit of 950 euros, this amount must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance. If you leave the accommodation clean, the number of kWh has not been exceeded and no damage has been detected, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days from the check-out date.

The total rent includes

  • Gas, water, electricity (consumption up to 200 kWh per week), meter readings are kept, consumption above that is €0.50 / kWh
  • Linen

  • Basic kitchen supplies (pepper, oil, salt, etc.)
  • Air Conditioning
  • Welcome package on arrival

  • Final cleaning

  • Cleaning service and interim linen change on request

Good to know

  • Check-in from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Check out before 10 a.m.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability
  • Late check-in after 10 p.m. costs an additional 20 euros
  • A crib and high chair are available upon request
  • Interim linen change and cleaning are possible on request and for a fee
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Groups of young people under 25 are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed inside or outside in designated areas
